Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm (UK Standard Time) the same day or a future date of your choice. Orders received after 4pm may be dispatched the next working day. We do try our best to get everything out the same day, we just can’t guarantee it after 4pm.

Please read the details below relating to delivery options and service levels so you can select the best one for you. First Class Post

• The cost of 1st class delivery within the UK is included in the prices shown with the price of the teddy.
• Valid for delivery addresses within the United Kingdom and addresses with a valid BFPO number
• Provided by the Royal Mail
• Aim to deliver mail the next working day. Currently approximately 94% arrives within 1-2 working days.
• Guaranteed delivery times and tracking is not available
• An accurate and complete address aid a fast delivery.  Need to check an address?
• The Royal Mail catagorises an item as lost if undelivered after 15 working days. Please see our terms and conditions for details about refunds.

Special Delivery™ 

• The cost of the Special Delivery™ service is £6.49
• Valid for delivery addresses within the United Kingdom and addresses with a valid BFPO number
• Provided by the Royal Mail
• Delivery on the next working day before 1pm, (see group table below for exceptions). The official Royal Mail policy is that they will only guarantee post to arrive on a Saturday if the Saturday Next Day service is selected although normal Special Delivery items are treated with priority and has a high chance of arriving.
• Guaranteed delivery and tracking is available. The guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
  -   During periods where the Royal Mail remove the guarantee for any reason - this will be published on our website and in your confirmation email. If the guarantee is removed after you have purchased your teddy but before it is sent you will be contacted by phone or email.
  -   We were unable to deliver the item because there was no-one to sign for your item. In these instances the item is considered delivered.)
  -   The delivery address is in an area of the UK where we do not guarantee next day delivery (see group table below for exceptions)
  -   The delivery address is inaccurate or incomplete.
  -   We do not guarantee the delivery time for items to an address for which a person has a redirection service.

• The Royal Mail catagorises a Special Delivery parcel as lost if undelivered after 10 working days. Please see our terms and conditions for details about refunds.

Saturday Special Delivery™ 

• The cost of the Saturday Special Delivery™ service is £8.99
• Special Delivery™, where the delivery day is a Saturday. (See group table below for delivery timescales)
• All other points above relating to the Special Delivery™ apply

Airmail  

• The cost of the Airmail service is £2.99 within Europe and £3.99 for the rest of the world
• Valid for delivery addresses oustide of the United Kingdom & Military addresses Address without a valid BFPO number
• Provided by the Royal Mail
• Delivery targets: Western Europe within three working days, Eastern Europe within five days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven.
  Currently 95% of deliveries are within the targets.
• Delivery is reliant on the postal services in the destination country, this is not the Royal Mail
• Guaranteed delivery times and tracking is not available
• Customs declarations may be required which states the parcel contents, we are careful to try not to spoil the surprise!
• An accurate and complete address aid a fast delivery.
• The Royal Mail catagorises an overseas parcel as lost if undelivered after 25 working days. Please see our terms and conditions for details about refunds.

Airsure®/ International Signed  

• The cost of the Airsure® or International Signed For mail service is £8.49 within Europe and £9.49 for the rest of the world  (VAT is now applicable on these services)
• Valid for delivery addresses oustide of the United Kingdom & Military addresses Address without a valid BFPO number
• Provided by the Royal Mail
• All Airsure® mail receives priority handling in the UK and abroad making it, in some cases, up to one day faster than our target Airmail delivery target times: Western Europe within three working days, Eastern Europe within five days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven.
  Currently 95% of deliveries are within the targets.
• Your teddy will be sent be Airsure® where the destination permits it and International Signed where it doesn't.
• Delivery is reliant on the domestic postal operators who provide a universal service in the destinations countries
• Guaranteed delivery is not available
• Mail travels through a separate and secure network. Each item is individually listed and accounted for before being handed over to the airline.
• Tracking is available until your gift leaves the UK and when delivery is made.
• Customs declarations may be required which states the parcel contents, we are careful to try not to spoil the surprise!
• An accurate and complete address aid a fast delivery.
