Please carefully read all of the terms and conditions below before placing an order as these are the terms under which we intend to trade. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. ("We" or "Us" means "Nite Ltd (Teddy Delivery)")

If any problem with the service or product arises please don't hesitate to email or call us. Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction but if a problem does arise we will respond within 1 working day and resolve as a priority.

All pictures, descriptions and dimensions given on this website and communication material are approximate and intended for general guidance purposes only. Products may vary, significant changes will be notified to the buyer.

Examination, Claims and Product Returns

As the concept behind Teddy Delivery is that of a messenger bear, we provide goods and a service. As such your rights under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 1999 differ for each element of your purchase:
Gift Cards (Service Contract)
Under the above act you have the right to cancel our contract within 7days of placing the order. By selecting a posting date before the end of the 7days you are agreeing to us completing the service before the end of the cooling off period. The cost of the gift card and service are included within the price of our teddies for ease, but the value of these are £5.99. Once we have completed the service by correctly delivering the message, you will no longer have any cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 1999.
Teddies, Accessories and Gifts (Product Contract)
Please note under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 1999 you have the right to cancel your contract for the Teddies, accessories and gifts within 7 working days of the goods have being delivered. Please inform us of any cancellation under these regulations by post or e-mail; you will be responsible for the postage costs of any item you return. We recommend that you use registered post to return any goods and you re-package them carefully using either the original or similar packaging materials.

In the event that your Teddy Delivery doesn't arrive, please call or email us. The Royal Mail guidelines for resolving such queries state that they will start investigations 15working days after the posting date for UK missing mail and 25 days after the posting date for International missing mail. Although we may have to work within these guidelines we will endeavour to work with you and them to reduce any disappointment caused.

If we are unable to deliver due to discontinuation, then you will be contacted and offered an alternative. If the alternative is not suitable then a full refunded will be given, as soon as possible (max within 30 days of order).

In the event that goods are damaged on arrival, we ask that you contact us within 14days via email or phone so we can resolve the problem promptly. (In all instances, Teddy Delivery will not be obliged to offer any compensation).

Please contact us before returning any items. It is suggested suitable packaging and 'signed for' postal services are used as the Teddy Delivery can not be responsible for goods further damaged or lost after posting.

Payment

All goods must be paid for before they can be dispatched. Payment is made via credit or debit card via our secure payment provider Protx. If you don't wish to pay online you can use 'Alternative Pay'. With this pay method you are able to make a bank deposit or cheque payment using your order number as the reference. In these instances order your bear and select 'alternative pay' on the payment screen.Please be aware that 'alternative pay' often delays dispatch of the order by several days. Please call or email if you would like us to discuss further.

Prices

The prices are those stated at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All discounts or 'special offers' will only be applicable at time of display or within a stated timeframe.

Privacy Statement/Personal information.

Nite Limited (Teddy Delivery) conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 (Data Protection Registration Number: Z9729038). Any personal information will be stored in our customer register and only be used by Teddy Delivery. Details will not be used for any reason other than that you have given permission for. (This may include contacting you regarding your order). No unauthorised parties will be given access to your details and they are not sold in anyway.

a) Cookies are used on this site; please refer to the cookie statement at the bottom of this window.

b) Users can use the "opt out" option on the newsletter and reminder service to cease those services.
